Finding appropriate small aids, or pieces of equipment and fitting them, or making minor alterations
Useful aids can help you to remain safe and independent at home, and can often be hired or purchased such as:
- grab rails
- perching stools
- kettle pourer
Sometimes, small adjustments to the home are all that’s needed to support continued independent living such as:
- grab rails in the bathroom
- a ramp at the door
- gadgets to help in the kitchen
