Every-One

Every-One works inclusively with the Lincolnshire community to ensure that people are at the centre of their own wellbeing. We enable this through the development, delivery, and evaluation of a range of person-centred services, projects, and networks that facilitate ‘making wellbeing personal’. We work with the Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board, County Council, District Councils, University of Lincoln, and members of the VCSE sector to enable strength based and personalised services.

Every-One facilitates the Lincolnshire Military Veterans and Families’ Wellbeing Network; a network that includes circa 90 national, regional, and local organisations who are like-minded in their support to the Lincolnshire Armed Forces Community. We produce a weekly update; hold bi-monthly meetings; act as a critical friend to influence support within the Lincolnshire ICS; attend and support the Lincolnshire Armed Forces Covenant Partnership Board; and as an organisation we look for opportunities to partner with other organisations who have initiatives and projects that support the Lincolnshire Armed Forces Community.
