Library Services throughout Lincolnshire

 

Currently In Lincolnshire the library service offers 15 core library sites and 34 community hubs providing community support and rural mobile library services.

Lincolnshire Libraries can offer a welcoming, safe space with free access to computers, the internet and a wealth of physical and digital books, information and resources to anyone who lives, works or studies in the county.

Mobile Library Services

Offer access to rural communities throughout Lincolnshire and provides a wide range of books, information, talking books and DVDs on a two or four weekly timetable. You can use the mobile library just like your local static library.

The Community Mobile Library also delivers collections of books to residential care homes and sheltered housing settings. Collections are regularly refreshed and can be tailored to suit the interests of residents.

Access Mobile Library

If you are unable to reach a core staffed library or community hub due to location, health or mobility issues, you maybe interested in the Access Mobile library service

Operated on a four weekly rota, staff will deliver items right to your door, offering a friendly tailored service to suit your needs.

Reading Well - books on prescription

The Reading Well collections, are self-help manuals and can be prescribed by health professionals as resources designed to support individuals to understand and manage their health and wellbeing, specific collections are available within the range for childrenteensadults and those living with or caring for someone with dementia.
