This page has information for individuals who currently receive or have been assessed as eligible to receive a social care direct payment and will explain how Lincolnshire County Council are offering Virtual Wallet as a way of helping these individuals manage their direct payment.
Virtual Wallet is a user-friendly, digital platform that enables you to manage your direct payment online. Removing the requirement to manage a pre-paid card and paper receipts, Virtual Wallet enables you to arrange, manage and pay for your care in a secure online environment, whilst retaining full control your support and funding.

If you already receive a direct payment and have a named social worker, contact them to discuss the option of Virtual Wallet
