Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) offer a number of ways for adults with a Direct Payment to manage their care and support. The Virtual Wallet enables agreed funding to be loaded into an online account which Direct Payment recipients draw down from to fund their services, either through the search and shop marketplace on Connect to Support or from elsewhere.
If you already have a Direct Payment and a named social worker, contact them directly to discuss the option of a Virtual Wallet.
